Okay, well, some of you may know that there is a book series Students Across the Seven Seas, or S.A.S.S. for short. I just wanted to tell you that this is not my idea.
There isn't really a plot to this site, for I think it gets confusing and singles people out, therefore excluding others. I went to a site, and the main plot was that there were a boy, a jock, and a girl, a geek, you fell in love. If you're not the boy, girl, or one of their friends, what do you have to do? That's why I have a subplot sign-up. If you want a subplot, maybe something like the one up there, then PM me. That way, everyone will be involved in something.
Kind of relating to that, I just wanted to clear up that no character is more important than another. Yes, I know that cliques will form, such as the advanced RPers and the intermediate RPers. I expect you all to treat each other with the same amount of decency, though.
Now, on to jobs and such. I know that many of you will want to just be students, but we'll need tour guides. Now, tour guides don't just sit around, they're also teachers. You don't need to go to the classes (there are only three) if you don't want to, they are just for your enjoyment. In classes, you don't do anything except talk, and the teacher will ask some common sense questions for prizes. If the teacher knows something about the actual subject, and so answer it correctly, you'll get an even bigger prize.
Also, tour guides are different from guides. Guides are kind of like RP mods. If you aren't following the rules, they'll inform you. Also, each person will have a member group. Here, we have terms. Each last three months, not a year. Each year, you'll move up a year, if you get the right post count, that is. Also, you must be active throughout the term.
Now that we have that covered, here's the end of it. This site is fairly simple, and we are always welcoming of new members. I know that when I join a site, sometimes I feel a bit shy, or like an outcast. Don't be afraid to PM someone asking them to RP! If you aren't so great at RPing, and really want to RP with someone advanced, tell them in advanced that you're just beginning, they'll understand.
